So yesterday we arrived and found the rental house is more than adequate (and a great improvement over last year) and while not in Sedona there is a view and it's not that big a ride to the Canyons.
On the way to Sedona today we took a gravel road that would have taxed our old car, but which the new one took well... It's not a full out off road machine but it can handle gravel and uneven bumps well.
Yesterday and today we did some chores including getting Harley a new
harness which keeps him from pulling on his leash. Then we took him to
the dog park - a truly world class dog park the photos below were taken from the dog park which includes a trail area.

All is well. Weather will turn a bit more cold and seasonable tomorrow, but that's ok
