Healing.

When you think about it, healing is a remarkable process.  And I certainly am appreciative that I can and am.  Scabs are itching and the knee is slowly getting better - better enough that we took a trip to Walnut Canyon National Monument where there are a bunch of cliff dwellings and a mile long trail that went up and down via stairs and was a perfect start back hike for me.

The day before we'd done dog park and a bit of commercial Sedona where one shopping strip is adorned with wind sculptures.
Shelley and Judy at the dog park - views below - has to be one of the most scenic dog parks anywhere.

Installations at the upscale strip mall (lots of galleries)

and now Walnut canyon. It's up past Flagstaff so above the red rock layers, limestone apparently with some sections which eroded and formed perfect little niches in the cliffs of the canyon which provided shelter.
