Spring is coming.

Many reading this will find much evidence to the contrary, but here some trees have come into bloom, weeping willows are greening, and daffodils have been seen.  It is a good thing, and all we can say is keep the faith - like this hummingbird who is waiting for his mate to return from her migration.

Cool in the mornings - sweat shirted Shelley with cactus.

After trying to scramble up to a local rock which was steeper and sketchier than we had hoped we went back to an area where we can let Harley Romp some.

Research needed, suspect these are fossil record sorta.- gotta ask....

Have found a couple of snail/whelk shells which we suspect may be VERY old.

 Electric lichen

 Interesting erosion

 somebody was very hungry

More research needed, these trees, if you judge by  the trunks look way dead.
