Day 2 Bisbee

Time zones and the season being what they are, it is dark at 6.

Tried out the low light capability of the camera on the street scenes below our rental. Artsy Fartsy, eh

 

and then dawn came

Harley and I went for a short hike in the hills

Then Shelley and I went back to see the cranes.

Flying in - you can see the groups miles away, a dark patch of sky... and once they land....

Tomorrow on to Sedona....

Back on the road again...2018 trip starts here....

So here we are - Back in Bisbee - 

en route to Sedona for a couple of months....

It is so good to be back... Mass of cranes in back of Shelley....

 

There are many reasons ro come to Bisbee but the cranes are #1

and the odd vermilion flycatcher.

why is he odd, you ask?  Well he has this theory about extra terrestrials being responsible for most of the things he objects to about our society.  That includes, internal combustion engines, baking powder, and Starbucks.  Just talk to him for w while, you will see.
